Darling black collar circa 1950s or so. Knit with a fuzzy feel, mohair or angora most likely. Ties in front with matching ties with bobbles at the ends, scalloped edge. No label. Pretty much one size fits most I'd say.

Length: 14" round just the neck portion but adjustable with the ribbon ties.
Width: 2.75" at the widest.
